Wondering where your order is? How long does it take to ship? Need a personalized product?

 

What is the status of my order?

We are a small company which means the processing and production times for most of our products is 1-5 business days from the date you placed your order. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Once shipped, most products arrive with in 2-5 business days via USPS.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships (see above for expected processing times) you will receive an email with the tracking number. If a long time has passed (and your product doesn't have an extended lead time stated on the product page) then send us a message! We're here to help.

 

Can you make me a custom part?

Yes! We can do print on demand. Within reason though. Some items need specialized equipment or materials. We run a small 3D printing business working with materials such as; PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU and soon carbon fiber/nylon blended material. Send me a message via my Contact Us page.

 

Suggestion for a new product?

I'm always open to creating new products that need to be brought to life. I'd be more than happy to hear about a product request or idea. Send me a message via my Contact Us page.

 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return window for products still in new condition. For products ordered in error (non-compatible) the buyer is responsible for return postage.
